CS graduate turning raw data into clear decisions — and building the web backends that serve them. Focused on analytical work and functional web development, with a sharp eye for data integrity.
01 — About
I'm a recent graduate from Bucknell University with a B.S in Computer Science & Engineering. During my time at Bucknell, I have explored various fields and ended up enjoying data and web development. I have taken courses in data visualization and web development. I was part of a Forestry Summer Research where my team and I were working primarily with R to clean three datasets with 1000+ rows. This was to make sure that our data was a close estimate to the forest population in the US. Moreover, I taught myself SQL to be more proficient with data wrangling. On top of Shiny Dashboard, I am currently learning Tableau to make sure I stay relevant with the market's demands.
On the web side, I've worked with Elixir and its functional paradigm, which has given me a strong foundation in building reliable, concurrent systems. I learned to use LiveViews, HTML, and CSS as the frontend and Phoenix framework as the backend.
Right now I'm actively seeking roles where I can apply data analytics skills, build dashboards, and work inside a team that cares about data quality.
